Terms of Service

Because of my busy schedule I do not work on commission on days I stream unless I have the energy for it. Please do not rush me, I can usually give a ETA for your commission but please be patient.

My commissions are not first come, first serve. I will only take on projects that I know I can do well and suits my art style.

By commissioning me you agree to the following:
I, as the artist...
- Maintain the right to post any commissioned artwork in any form.
- May post any work-in-progress screenshots for Pateron/ko-fi as exclusive content.
- Maintain the right to post any artwork on my socials as a way to advertise my services, although I will ask before doing so if the art is in the rendering stage.
- Maintain the right to livestream any progress on the artwork on my Twitch streams, although I will refrain from doing this if asked.
- Maintain the right to turn down any commission regardless of reason, I do not owe the client any explanation.
- Maintain the intellectual property and credit to the original artwork.You, as the client...
- May not resell or reprint the commissioned work for a profit without explicit permission.
- May not claim as your own or take credit for the artwork.
- May print the artwork for personal use, unless you purchased commercial use; in which case you may use the artwork as you see fit.
- May resize, crop any finished artwork, however I do still require credit for the piece.
- May not edit, trace, change my artwork in any way. Cropping/using a transparent .png for promotion/schedules etc. is okay.
- May post the artwork on your socials, websites etc. however these posts should credit or provide a link back to me. If the artwork is used on Twitch anywhere, including VTuber art, I do require credit in one of your panels.

- For Twitch assets, the commercial fee is already added to the prices. This is not the case for character art. Please let me know if you require commercial use for this type of art.

- I will not draw "loli" characters in any lewd setting.
- Mecha/robotic characters
- Complicated backgrounds
- NO NFTs EVER

VTUBER MODEL ART
- Commercial fees are included in the price
- Resale/Selling the completed model is not permitted without my explicit permission. If this is something you want to do due to a redesign/rebrand, please contact me about this and we can discuss it.

The commission process:
- I am currently changing how I do commissions and will be swapping between a forms system and taking them through DMs. Please check the home-page to know which I am doing right now.
- I do not do character design, make sure to have a reference sheet or detailed design on hand!
- If you are curious of prices, I will most of the time be able to give you a quote on the price, providing sufficient references and descriptions are provided.
- Once the price is agreed upon, I will send an invoice.
- I will send you Work-in-process screenshots of the sketch, any lineart and finished work for approval.
- Once work is completed, I will provide you with the full-resolution files of the artwork only AFTER the full payment has been received.

Payment:
- I only accept payment in GBP(£) through PAYPAL invoices.
- For smaller payments (usually sub £100) I ask for full payment up-front, however for larger payments (usually more than £100) I can split the payment up into 50% upfront, and the rest 50% upon completion.
- Invoice will be sent as I begin work on your commission. If I am working through a queue I will not invoice you until it's your turn.Refunds:
- Full refunds will only be possible if I have not yet started working on your art.
- Depending on the stage of the commission, a refund of up to 50% can be negotiated.

FAQ!
- What do you use to draw?
Sometimes iPad pro with Procreate. Clip Studio Paint for sketching and lineart, SAI2 for colouring and PS for any corrections. I mainly use an XP-pen tablet to draw.
- Can I repost your art?
For commissioned pieces, only myself and the commissioner may repost their art.
